Campbell is also the founder of The 74, a non-profit news site covering education in America.Campbell held several roles over the course of her 11-year tenure with NBC News, including co-anchor of the weekend edition of “TODAY” from 2003-2007 and White House correspondent during President George W. She also served as the primary substitute anchor for “NBC Nightly News.” She began her career in local news, moving up the ranks of NBC affiliates in Topeka, KS; Richmond, VA; Baltimore, MD; and Washington, D. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Regis College and lives in New York with her husband and two sons.In 2013, Margarita Simonyan also became Editor-in-chief of Rossiya Segodnya, an international news agency and radio service that broadcasts in more than 30 languages.Margarita began her journalism career in the Russian city of Krasnodar at the local TV and radio station, eventually heading up a regional bureau for Russia's largest nation-wide broadcaster, VGTRK.She joined AP in 2007 as a multimedia reporter, developing and executing AP’s plans for live video coverage of 2008′s Election Day and the inauguration of President Barack Obama.A native of Buffalo, New York, Pace began her career as a reporter in 2003 at South Africa’s only independent television network, before spending two years reporting on politics and elections at the Tampa Tribune and its partner television station WFLA.
